We have handled hundreds of arbitrations and prohibited practice charges and are often in state and federal court to enforce these awards.

Iin addition to representing school secretaries, administrators and principals, we also serve as labor counsel to the Massachsuetts Secondary School Principals Association and are the referring counsel for members of the Massachussett Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. We represent unions at large public authorities like the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, and i9n the federal sector, we serve as local counsel to the large Boston Metro Local of the American Postal Workers Union. While our practice centers around public sector labor law, we continue to represent unions in the private sector including locals of the BCTWU, UNITE and PACE.

In addition to our union practice, we represent individual employees in all aspects of employment law, including negotiating individual employment contracts and severance agreements, evaluating and litigating discrimination claims and handling injury on duty, disability, and retirement cases.
